The Kraft Center for Community Health, a Boston based initiative aimed at improving health outcomes for underserved populations through investment in community health is accepting applications for the Kraft Fellowship Program. The two-year, post-residency program prepares talented, mission-driven physicians to become leaders in community health through clinical practice in community health centers, training in public health, scholarly improvement projects, and strong mentorship.
