Patient Care Funds by Area
California
PCF equipment is selected on a yearly basis in three areas:
San Francisco General Hospital: CIR Members can submit a Patient Care Fund request by using this convenient online application. For questions and further info, contact the CIR office at (415) 861-5235.
Highland Hospital: for information on Patient Care Funds or to place a request, contact your CIR administrator at (415) 861-5235.
LAC/USC and Harbor-UCLA: contact your CIR administrator for details at (310) 632-0111.
Florida
Contact your CIR contract administrator for information on the Patient Care Fund at (305) 325-8922.
Massachusetts
Both Boston Medical Center and Cambridge Hospital have PCF funds. Contact your department representative for information about filing an application.
New Mexico
As part of New Mexico's Patient Care Fund, residents may take advantage of a Discharge Medication Voucher Program for their patients. This voucher entitles the person listed to obtain the attached medications one time. The total cost of the medications covered may be up to $25. No refills will be covered
