Winners of Parent-Physician Photo Contest Announced

This spring, Massachusetts CIR asked our members "Are you among those physicians balancing work and family life?" and invited doctors to submit photos of themselves with their children for a Parent-Physician Photo Contest.

Here are the winning photo and two runner-ups:

Dr. Michael Hobson (PGY-3, Pediatrics) won first place for his picture with his 18 month-old son, Willem. They’re pictured doing a check-up on Willem’s doll.

The runners up were Dr. Adam Rana (PGY-3 Ortho) with his son William (above), and Dr. Dara Arons (PGY-3, Family Medicine) with her daughter Hazel (below).
