Olive View – UCLA

The incredible benefits you have are a result of your colleagues working together to ensure that resident physicians can provide the highest quality care possible and improve their working conditions.
Join CIR now. We’re stronger together.

Union Difference:

Residents and fellows at Olive View came together to unionize and join CIR in 2019, and won their first union contract in 2020. Since then Olive View residents have won higher wages and better benefits and continue to collectively address issues at the hospital including patient care and access to adequate calls rooms and quality food for residents.
