PCTF Grant Year 2022-23

Online Information Sessions

All prospective Patient Care Trust Fund (PCTF) applicants are strongly encouraged to attend an upcoming Online Information Session to learn more about this year’s available grants, the application process, and submission deadlines.

About the Patient Care Trust Fund

Since 1981, CIR’s  Patient Care Trust Fund (PCTF) has provided countless residents and fellows at NYC Health + Hospitals (H + H) with exclusive grants to help reduce health disparities and advance quality care for all New Yorkers. During the last grant cycle alone, PCTF awarded $800,000 in funding for resident-led projects at every H + H facility, including:

  • +$630,000 for cutting-edge medical equipment and training resources to modernize public health infrastructure and expand access to high-quality, responsive care.
  • +$115,000 to launch innovative research, quality improvement, and community-based initiatives that confront the multiple drivers of community health and resident wellbeing.

Want to learn how you/your department can apply for a PCTF equipment, research, or community grant this year? Join one of our upcoming virtual information sessions in October. Don’t miss out on your chance to secure vital resources for your patients, hospitals, and communities!
