SF – Emergency Rally to Save Health Care

MEDIA ADVISORY
San Francisco, CA
June 22, 2017

Join physicians, healthcare providers, union representatives, and activists as they speak out against the American Health Care Act (AHCA) during a rally in front of Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital (ZSFG, formerly San Francisco General Hospital, SFGH).

If passed, the AHCA will cause 23 million American to lose health care coverage and life-saving services and medication. This shouldn’t be acceptable in our country, where so many are already struggling with crippling debt, sky-rocketing rents and mortgages, and the high cost of living.

When: Thursday, June 22, 2017
Where: in front of ZSFG – 1001 Potrero Avenue, San Francisco, CA 94110
Who: ZSFG and UCSF resident physicians, healthcare providers, union representatives, health care advocates
Why: To help save the Affordable Care Act (ACA), to urge our representatives to say no to the AHCA
